Below is all the information you require about placing an order with Annmade for You. I strongly recommend you read the information on this page before placing an order for stationery. You may also want to read the FAQ list for further information or contact me if you have any specific questions not answered here.
A production slot will need to be agreed prior to your order being placed. As the stationery is handmade to order, I have a maximum capacity that I can achieve for production at any given time. For this reason, I recommend that you contact me in the first instance, by phone or email, to agree what date you require your stationery by. This will ensure that orders are not placed that I cannot fulfill, and your stationery is delivered on time. You will need to confirm this during the check-out process, as agreeing to the "terms and conditions" of ordering.
Once a Production Slot has been Agreed
We will agree your production slot timelines and I will provide you with a reference number to use during the check-out process, which you will add to the "Notes" section. You will need to tick the "Terms & Conditions" box in order that you can then check-out your order
I recommend ordering a sample of your chosen design of stationery before placing an order so you are 100% happy with the colours and layout. All samples will be created with example wording and standard fonts. Delivery charges are included in the cost of your sample, so please ensure you select Stationery Sample from the postal options when checking out your basket.
You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order and a separate email confirming the production slot dates. You can expect to receive your order within 10 working days from the date of production.
Wording and Name Lists
Once you have placed your order, I will request the additional information needed to complete your order. For either Wedding stationery or Special event stationery, I will request a Word document with the list of names for your place settings and seating plan etc.
I will send you proofs of your final inserts before printing your Wedding stationery. Once these proofs have been approved by you, no further changes can be made.
Ordering Seating Plans
I would strongly recommend a production slot as near to your wedding date as possible for seating plans, to allow for last minute changes. My recommendation is to have these delivered two weeks before your Wedding day or Special event. You can opt for an earlier delivery slot if required, but I will not be able to make any changes to your seating plan once it has been produced.
I do not keep any confectionary in stock, to ensure that all favours are delivered fresh. Delivery time is between 4-6 weeks. You can book a production slot nearer to your wedding date for wedding favours, if you know you are going to want them?
Payment can be made by Paypal. Once you have placed an order, payment is required in full at the check-out.
I will use a courier for most orders depending on the weight and size of your order. Delivery will be Monday to Friday and will require a signature. A fee of £10 will be charged for each order (up to 10 kgs) , so please bear this in mind when placing multiple or smaller orders. Orders in excess of 15 kg, will be subject to additional delivery charges. If you opt for customer collection, no delivery charges will be applied during the check out process. I will send you an email to confirm your order is ready to collect once completed.
