Can I order other special event stationery?

Yes, any of the designs can be adapted for all kinds of special events. If you have a particular theme in mind, I will be happy to discuss what you require and to and help bring your plans to life. Bespoke stationery will require a longer production period, as it will need to include design, so please bear this in mind if you are tight on time before the special occasion?

Can I order a sample?

Yes you can order a sample of any of the stationery designs on the website. All samples are provided with standard fonts and sample wording. The cost of the sample will include the postage charge. Samples are available for most of the products, see each range for details.

Can I order a colour swatch sample?

Yes, just send me a request and I will forward a sample of card and ribbon. A nominal fee of £1.25 will cover both materials and postage.

When will my order be delivered?

For stationery and wedding favour orders, I will agree a production date with you before you place your order and you can expect to receive your order 10 working days after the date of production. All necessary information will be required following your order request, in order for these timescales to be adhered to. If you need items sooner, please contact me to discuss what you need.

Delivery Charges

Most stationery orders will be delivered using a courier, at a charge of £10.00 per order and will require a signature on receipt. You may well have more than one delivery, depending on what you order and when, so please be mindful that additional delivery charges will be applied to each order.

Is there a minimum order?

With the exception of some confectionery, as previously explained, there are no other minimum order requirements. All stationery is individually handmade, so you can order as many or as few as you would like.

Can I order additional items at a later date?

All the designs are saved, so you can order additional items if required. Please be aware that the usual delivery times and charges will apply so during busy periods it can take up to 3-4 weeks for additional items to be despatched.

Can I change the colour of a design?

Elegance, Chic, Celebrate and Coast, are available in 37 colours as standard. If your chosen colour scheme is not covered, please get in touch and I will endeavour to source this for you. An additional charge will be made for this service. Rustique comes as Kraft and Ivory as standard, but if you would like to have an alternative to Ivory, just let me know?

Can I change the font of a particular design?

Fonts have been selected to complement the design and I would recommend using the suggested font. However, you can opt to change a particular font if you would like to. You will find a selection of fonts available here View Font Options.

Can I provide my own wording?

Yes, if you would like to have your own wording for the Wedding and Evening invitations, that will be fine. All I ask is that the information is provided in a word document to me via email as soon as possible.
